LETTER OF CEO

Hi, my name is Jorge Enríquez Medel. I am the CEO of Enriquez Welding Fabricator Corp. I remember my first years in the business, during my teen years, my father asked me several times, to help him in his welding business after my school classes. I didn't want help him because I wanted to be with my friends just to hanging around. It was until one day I heard a customer rebuked my father because a work was delayed for 2 days to be delivery it. My father was frustrated because he knew that he could not finish the job in time. I got close to him and asked if I could help him in something easy to do. He just answered me, all things are easy to do after you repeat them many times; if you are not willing to do it please don't make me waist my time.

We worked very hard during 3 days. I missed school during those days. I learned a lot and I felt a deep satisfaction when my father delivered the job and told the customer that it was possible because of my help. I could see the eyes of my father, full of proud of me.

I studied, took several courses about welding technics but the main teaching I learned was when I worked with my father. The love for a well done work. I really enjoy to see my job when is finished. I enjoy the customer satisfaction. I learned that success in business is based on  long term relationships with clients and these are based in total satisfaction.
